Green Tea-Infused

Serpents Tail



~ 1 oz. White Rum (or Whiskey)

~ ¾ oz. peach schnapps

~ 2 oz. Brewed Green tea (sweetened)

~ .25 oz. Lemon Juice

~ Mint sprung and lime as garnish (optional)



Fill tin shaker completely with ice. Add rum (or whiskey), peach schnapps, and green tea into the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Next, strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Finally, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, cut a wedge of lime, and place on the rim of the glass with mint. Serve & Enjoy!
